Eisenberg’s attorney, Kimberly Schoen, entered no pleas for all three of the charges, during a court appearance Wednesday. The suspect appeared via video from Strafford County House of Corrections.
Eisenberg is charged with a Class A felony count of burglary and two Class A felony counts of first-degree assault for the alleged attack Friday morning.
In court Wednesday, Asst. County Attorney Dorothy Walch stated Eisenberg entered the Rochester home of Robert and Kristin Cox, stole some items, and beat the couple with a bat, causing serious injuries including broken bones.
According to an affidavit submitted to the court the couple’s teenage son, who went to school with Eisenberg, heard the commotion and was able to fight off Eisenberg and stop the attack.
