“Once Upon a Time” a new drama serious to air in October on ABC, is about a bail bond collector with a fairy-tale twist.
Emma Swan, played by Jennifer Morrison (Zoey from “How I Met Your Mother” and Dr Cameron on “House, MD,”) is a bail bonds collector who is sought out by her long lost son because he believes her to be the missing daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming from an alternative universe.
This takes place in the fictional town of Storybrooke, Maine which is inhabitited by the modern-day versions of various fairy tale characters including Cinderella the newest cast member to be played by Jessy Scharm (Karen on TNT’s “Falling Skies” and Hannah on “Veronica Mars.”) According to Zap2It: This part may only be a one episode part as to not conflict her role on “Falling Skies.”
